A few hours ago I posted about a report from SamMobile, saying that the Galaxy Note 4 will sport a QHD AMOLED display. I promised that we're gonna see more rumors regarding this phone, but I didn't think it was so quick.
The Korea Times reports that Samsung will unveil their new Phablet at the IFA 2014 conference (September 5). They will actual show two Note 4 variants - one with a regular display, and another with a curved one.
That's actually quite likely. They did it with the Note 3 - some say that the Galaxy Round with its curved 5.7" FHD AMOLED is a Note 3 variant. Hopefully the Note 4 will have a more practical and interesting design - maybe one that is curved around the edges of the device?
Following the GS5 launch, Yoon Han-kil, senior vice president of Samsung's product strategy team said that the Note 4 will have a "new form factor". It is probably too soon for really foldable device (Samsung only expects these in 2015).
