The Oculus Quest is a stand-alone VR headset that features dual 1440x1600 72Hz AMOLED displays, an on-board Qualcomm snapdragon 835 chipset, 64/128 GB of memory and 6 degrees of freedom head and controller tracking.
The Oculus Quest is now shipping starting at $399.
The LUCI immers is a lightweight (180 grams) VR headset that utilizes dual 0.7" 1920x1080 Sony OLED Microdisplays and a USB-C plug-and-play connection.
The immers is running a successful crowdfunding campaign, and the first units are expected to start shipping in August 2019, for the early-bird price of $499.
Finland-based Varjo's VR-1 is a high-end VR headset that uses the company's Foveated Display technology - that optically combines a microdisplay over a larger display - to achieve high angular resolution in a small area in the center of the display.
The VR-1 uses two OLED displays - a Sony 0.7" ECX335AF-7 1920x1080 OLED microdisplay and a 1440x1600 low persistence AMOLED. They call the combined display a "Bionic Display". Other features include eye tracking and support for several 3D engines, including Unreal, Unity and VRED.
China-based nreal's AR glasses, unveiled at CES 2019, provide high quality 52-degree FOV images in a relatively small and normal-looking frame that weighs just 85 grams. Initial prototypes adopted Sony's FHD 0.7" OLED microdisplays (ECX335AF-7), but according to reports the commercial units use BOE's OLED microdisplays.
The AR glasses require a cable to a processor box that also connects magnetically to a round motion controller. The processor is based on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and other features of the AR glasses include 360-degree sound, built-microphones and sensors that provide six degrees of freedom.
The Pimax 5K VR headset is a premium HMD that offers dual 2560x1440 VR OLED displays, a 200-degrees field of view and compatibility with Streamn VR, Oculus and Pitool. The 5K VR HMD also offers several sensors and an integrated microphone.
The Pimax 5K BE VR headset is now selling starting at $999.
Samsung's Odyssey+ is a Windows Mixed Reality HMD that features dual 3.5" AMOLED displays (1440x1600 each), Samsung's new Anti-Screen Door Effect (Anti SDE) technology, AKG audio and pre-paired controllers.
The HMD ODyssey+ is now shipping for $499.
The Goovis G2 3D VR glasses offer dual FHD (1920x1080) Sony OLED Microdisplays, an FOV of 53 degrees, a built-in octa-core 2Gz CPU, 4K decoder, 2GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, FHD HDMI inputs and a 5,900mAh battery.

StarVR's One is a VR headset that features dual 4.77" 2440x1080 90hz AMOLED displays with a wide FOV (210-degree horizonal, 130-degree vertical). Other features include integrated Tobii eye tracking with IPD measurement, Dynamic Foveated Rendering, USB Type-C connectors and SteamVR tracking.
StarVR did not yet detail anything regarding pricing and availability for the StarVR One headset.
Epson's 2018 edition of its Moverio AR smart glasses platform utilize Epson's own 0.43" 720p microdisplays (which seem to be similar to the ones used in the 2016 BT-300) and HDMI and USB Type-C inputs (the USB can also replace the power line).
The Moverio BT-350E Smart Glasses are now shipping for $899.
HTC's Vive Pro is a premium upgrade to its popular first-generation Vive VR headset, with the main upgrade being the higher resolution dual 3.5" 1440x1600 AMOLED VR panels made by SDC. The Vive Pro also features high-end audio, enhanced ergonomics and comfort, dual microphones with active noise cancellation and dual front-facing cameras
