Zhongxian Tech is building China's first AMOLED plant. They will invest 65M$, and hope to begin production in September 2009.
Their plan is to make 50M 2" displays in a year, and generate around 7 billion US$. Last month we heard that Visionox and Tsinghua University began manufacturing on China's first OLED (PMOLED) production line in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, with a plan to make 12 million small panels annually.

Yes, there must be some mistake there - it's much too expensive!
