Taiwan-based PMOLED maker Wisechip is set to demonstrate its new flexible and transparent PMOLED displays. In August 2016 Wisechip announced that it is set to mass produce transparent PMOLEDs by the end of 2016.
Wisechip already unveiled a 1.07" 160x136 transparent OLED, and this time the company will show a 4.1" transparent OLED, with a transparency of 65% and a high brightness of over 3,000 nits. This display is aimed towards automotive HUD applications.
In addition to the T-OLED, Wisechip will also show the flexible PMOLED you see above that has a curvature of 40 mm and a resolution of 256 x 60.
