Slashgear has reviewed the Vuzix iWear AV230XL OLED headset. The OLED is a 320x240 microdisplay, showing the equivalent of 44" TV.

The reviewer is disaapointed in the low resolution, but says that OLED quality is good, and so is the battery life.

if u'r really looking for a good product similar to this you look for myvu, better resolution and better looking http://www.myvu.com/ it's already been imported to Israel.
i have one, it looks great.
