The EU's Smartonics project aims to develop smart machines, tools and processes for the precision synthesis of materials for organic electronics. Smartonics consortium includes 17 partners (including Coatema, Aixtron, Oxford lasers and Plastic Logic) and is being coordinated by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh).
This four years project has a total budget of 11.5 million Euro. The EU will contribute 7.9 million Euro.
