The premier display industry conference, SID DisplayWeek 2016 took place at the end of May 2016 in San Francisco. This was a very interesting trade show, and OLEDs too center stage as the technology matures and is set to become the leading display technology in the near future. UP3017Q is not just expensive, but in fact vapourware for now. Fortunately, at least three laptop models by Lenovo, HP and Alienware are now available for purchase, but their displays are too small.
Still waiting on an upgrade to my Dell U2711 of six years! The UP3017Q is just too expensive right now... Where's the rest of the OLED monitors? :)
