Samsung's Galaxy S25 series include three phones. We start with the Galaxy S25, that offers a 6.2" 120Hz 2600 nits (peak) 1080x2340 LTPO AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and up to 12GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
The Galaxy S25+ offers a larger 6.7" 1440x3120 LTPO AMOLED display, a larger battery - and otherwise quite similar specifications. The flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra offers a 6.9" 2,600 nits 120Hz 1440x3120 LTPO AMOLED display protected by the latest Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass. It offers up to 1 TB of storage and 12 GB of RAM and a stronger camera setup.
Samsung will ship the Galaxy S25 smartphones in early February 2025. Samsung also plans to release another S25 phone, the ultra-thin S25 Edge, but did not share the specifications yet.
