Samsung's Galaxy Premier is an Android v4.1 smartphone that features a 4.65" 720x1280 Super AMOLED display, a dual-core 1.5Ghz CPU, 1GB RAM, NFC and a 8mp camera.
It's not clear where Samsung plans to offer this phone - currently we only know that it will ship during November in the Ukraine for a little under $700.
