Leadis was a fabless company that developed mixed-signal semiconductors. Leadis focused on LED drivers/controllers and also used to make PMOLED and AMOLED drivers (using their EPiC Technology for AMOLED controllers).
In January 2009 Leadis sold its driver business to Korea based AsTEK, although Leadis remained the owner of the AMOLED EpiC technology IP. In 2012 the company liquidated and is no longer in business.
