MobinTech PDG (Personal Display Glasses)

The PDG is an advanced integrated personal display and mobile phone solution on the market. The PDG has been developed by Mobintech A/S from Denmark and is enabled by ultra-low power P-OLED eyescreenâ„¢ microdisplays from MicroEmissive Displays.

  • High speed low power digital MDDI interface. MDDI is an official VESA standard (MDDI = Mobile Display Digital Interface)
  • Connector is the MDDI standard connector but almost any connector type on the phone can be used via an intermediate cable to the PDG
  • Analogue stereo audio built-in-ear-buds or use your own favourite wired audio headset or via a Bluetooth headset connected to the phone
  • QVGA resolution in landscape format (320X240 pixels), 18 bit colors
  • Uses 2 ultra-low power P-OLED eyescreenâ„¢ microdisplays from MicroEmissive Displays that have BT.656 and serial RGB digital interfaces

eMagin Z800 3D Visor

The 3D Visor is a head-mounted virtual reality helmet (HMD) that sports two SVGA (800x600) OLED microdisplays. The 3D Visor includes head-tracking abilities. It is powered by a USB connection (which is also used for the image data) and includes high-fidelity ear buds and a noise-cancelling microphone.

eMagin Z-800 (2005)

The Z800 started shipping in Q2 2005 for $899. It will also be available for customization by OEMs.
