The F-07D (made by Fujitsu for Japan's NTT DoCoMo network) is the world's thinnest phone at 6.7mm - and it weights just 109 grams. The display is a 4" 800x480 AMOLED. Other features include Android v2.3, FOMA (14Mb/s downloads) and a 5mp camera.
