Kateeva

Kateeva logoKateeva was established in 2008 at MIT with an aim to pioneer OLED ink-jet deposition processes.

The company developed innovative inkjet printing equipment, branded as YIELDJet printers. Kateeva started to offer ink-jet based encapsulation systems in 2014, used to protect flexible OLED panels. Kateeva's encapsulation performance is excellent and it was already reported that these systems are used in flexible OLED mass production - and some years ago Kateeva claimed that it takes a "commanding lead" in the OLED organic thin-film encapsulation (TEF) market.

In 2017 Kateeva formally introduced its inkjet equipment for large-area RGB OLED emitter deposition. Kateeva brands its new line as YIELDJet Explore and these systems are currently targeted for R&D lines and pilot lines.

KPS Corp

KPS Corp logoKPS Corp, based in Korea and established in 2000, develops and produces precision control equipment for OLEDs, camera modules and solar panel production systems.

In 2014-2016 the company reported that is supplies equipment to OLED developers and R&D centers in China, Taiwan, Korea and the US. OLED equipment accounts to over 70% of KPS's sales. It's main product is OLED mask tension welding machine that is used to manufacture FMM masks for RGB OLED evaporation.

KPS Corp is a public company that trades at the Korean stock exchange (256940:KS)

Kurt J. Lesker Company

Kurt J. Lesker Company (KJLC), established in 1954 in the US and having facilities in the UK & China is a global provider of high-quality vacuum products and systems.

KJLC has been manufacturing physical vapor deposition (PVD) tools for OLED research since the inception of the technology, having supplied many tools to leading research institutions globally.

M-Solv

M-Solv logoM-Solv Ltd was established in 2007 to provide laser, inkjet and spray equipment and process engineering for large area electronics. M-Solv equipment serves wide range of application area including PV, touch panel and OLED, etc.

Specifically For the OLED industry, M-Solv offers R&D and mass manufacturing laser equipment for laser patterning of cathode, anode and OLED material. The MSV700 picosecond-laser production system is contained in an inert environment (glove box) to protect the OLED material. M-Solv also develops custom equipment, including roll-to-roll systems.

Manz AG

Manz AG LogoManz AG, based in Reutlingen, Germany and established in 1987 is an engineering company focused on production line automation. Manz AG offer products in six areas of technology (automation, laser processes, vacuum coating, printing, metrology and wet chemical processes) for three industries (displays, solar and batteries).

For the OLED market, Manz offers automation tools and wet-chemical tools. In August 2013 the company reported a 9 million Euro order from a Chinese company for OLED wet-chemical tools.

Manz AG is a public company that trades in the German stock exchange (M5Z:GR).

MBraun

MBraun offers equipment for development and production in different application areas.

MBraun sells equipment for OLED development and research, including a laboratory scale thin film deposition (TFD) inside a glove box.

McScience

McScience logoEstablished in 2000 in Korea, McScience is a supplier of advanced technology products and solutions for the scientific research, photovoltaics, industrial manufacturing, semiconductors and microelectronics markets.

McScience offers several systems specifically for the OLED market - including measurement tools and test systems.

Meyer Burger

Meyer Burger, based in the Germany, is a technology company that provides solutions for manufacturing industries such as the solar industry and the display industry. The company acquired Holland-based Roth & Rau (formerly known as OTB), a system solution provider involved with the design, engineering, development and manufacturing of integrated production equipment.

Through its Roth & Rau acquisition, Meyer Burger offered the PiXDRO printing solutions and plasma coating systems. In January 2017 Meyer Burger announced that it has shipped a CONx TFE OLED thin film encapsulation system to an Asian customer.

In December 2019 Meyer Burger announced it is selling its PiXDRO business unit to Germany-based Suss MicroTec.
