Organic Lighting Technologies

Organic Lighting Technologies focused on a product that exploits OLED technology for application to LCD backlight, especially small area LCDs like that used in cell phone and digital cameras. The product is ‘Alqalight' which is an OLED backlight.

It seems that the company is no longer active.

Organic Lights can supply the entire range of LG Displays' OLED panels via its online shop.

Orgatronics

Orgatronics was a Dutch start-up company established in 2005 as a joint venture of OTB Group and TNO, the Dutch science and technology institute. Orgatronics offered access to an advanced R&D line, the Orgatron, which incorporated the "latest" developed processes needed to develop and produce complete devices from substrate to finished product.

The Orgatron was the first R&D line based on OTB's inline production system allowing easy transfer from R&D to full production of Organic Electronics and OLEDs. The Orgatron used advanced inkjet printing, vacuum deposition and thin film encapsulation processes.

As far as we know OrgaTronics is no longer in business.

Orion OLED

Orion OLED was spun off from Orion Electric Co.,Ltd on 2005 to produce PMOLED displays. Orion OLED also started developing AMOLED technology in 2007. It's not clear if the company is still in business as it announced no news since 2007.

Ortus Technology

Ortus Technology logoOrtus Technology was established in April 2010 by Toppan Printing and Casio in Japan, and is developing and manufacturing small and medium-sized displays.

Back in 2010 it was reported that Ortus are developing a 6.5" AMOLED panel, but it seems that that project was canceled. In 2019 Ortus was acquired by Toppan Printing.

OSD displays

OSD displays (previously One Stop Displays) of Winter Park, FL has over a 15 year history of experience for display technologies - including LCDs and OLEDs. OSD offers standard and custom manufacturing of monochrome PLED, PMOLED and AMOLED displays.

In early 2016, OSD has been acquired by New Vision Display.

Peptronics

Peptronics was an Israeli company, founded in 2005, on the the basis of research led by professors Eichen & Tessler. Peptronics ws working on peptide based technology that can be used to make printable polymer OLEDs for displays and lighting.

The company seems to be out of business now.

PiXDRO

PixDro logoPiXDRO is a brand of Roth & Rau (MeyerBurger) for industrial inkjet solutions. MeyerBurger is a system solution provider that is involved with the design, engineering, development and manufacturing of integrated production equipment.

PiXDRO printing solutions and a portfolio of plasma coating systems support a broad spectrum of applications, including OLED displays and encapsulation.

PixDro was based in Israel until it was moved to the Netherlands and integrated into the OTB-Group, later renamed Roth & Rau AG, acquired by MeyerBurger. In December 2019 Meyer Burger announced it is selling its PiXDRO business unit to Germany-based Suss MicroTec.
