Artec's Triskan TS8 is a Professional Mobile Terminal (Barcode scanner and PDA) - it runs embedded Linux on an ARM processor, and includes Bluetooth and GSM/GPRS, with optional WiFi.
The Triskan has 32MB of SDRAM, 16MB of flash, and SD card slot (up to 2GB).
