Sensics' Natalia is a smart head-tracking 3D goggles headset with 2 eMagin-made SXGA (1280x1024) OLED microdisplays. The Natalia runs on Android (v4.0) and has a dual-core 1.2Ghz CPU, 1GB of memory, Wi-Fi and an SD card slot. It runs Sensic's own SmartGoggles software which can be extended via the libSensics API. The headset can do 360-degrees head tracking, supports hand tracking for immersive augmented reality interface and can run off batteries.
Sensics hopes to launch the Natalia towards the end of 2012, no pricing information yet. Here's a nice video showing mostly the user interface inside:
