Motorola Edge 50 Neo
Motorola's Edge 50 Neo smartphone offers a 6.4" 3000 nits 120Hz 1256x2760 LTPO pOLED display (produced by LGD), a Mediatek Dimensity 7300 chipset, up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The Edge 50 Neo is IP68 certified - and also MIL-STD-810H compliant.
The Edge 50 Neo is now shipping, starting at round $530.
Infinix Zero 40 / 40 4G
The Infinix Zero 40 4G smartphone offers a 6.78" 120Hz 1080x2436 AMOLED display, a Mediatek Helio G100 chipset, 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. The Zero 40 (5G model) has a similar display, but at 144Hz refresh rate, and stronger specifications.
Both Infinix Zero 40 smartphones will start shipping in early September 2024, starting at around $275.
New OLED gadget: Vivo T3 Pro
Vivo iQOO Z9S / Z9S Pro
The Vivo iQOO Z9S smartphone offers a 6.77" 120Hz 1,800 nits (peak) 1080x2392 AMOLED display, a Mediatek Dimensity 7300 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage.
The Vivo iQOO Z9S Pro has a similar display - but one that is capable of 4,500 nits peak brightness, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, similar memory specifications and a better camera setup.
Google Pixel 9 / Pixel 9 Pro / Pixel 9 Pro XL
Google's Pixel 9 smartphone includes 3 smartphones (and also another foldable phone), all with AMOLED displays. The plain Pixel 9 offers a 6.3" 120Hz 2,700 nits (peak) 1080x2424 AMOLED display, a Google Tensor G4 chipset, 12GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
The Pixel 9 Pro offers a 6.3" 3,000 nits (peak) 120Hz 1280x2856 LTPO AMOLED, and up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The Pixel 9 Pro XL offers a similar but larger display - 6.8" 1344x2992 LTPO AMOLED.
Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold
Google's Pixel 9 Pro Fold smartphone (part of the Pixel 9 series) offers a 8" 120Hz 2,700 nits (peak) 2076x2152 foldable LTPO AMOLED display, and an external 6.3" 120Hz 1080x2424 AMOLED.
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold is powered by a Google Tensor G4 chipset, and offers up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
Infinix Note 40X 5G
Huawei Nova Flip
Huawei's Nova Flip is a clamshell smartphone that offers a 6.94" 120Hz 1136x2690 LTPO foldable OLED display, and an external square 2.14" 480x480 LTPO AMOLED. The Nova Flip offers up to 1TB of storage, a dual camera setup and Huawei's own Harmony OS 4.2.
The Nova Flip is expected to ship on August 2024 starting at around $750.
Realme 13 Pro / 13 Pro+
Realme's 13 Pro smartphone offers a 6.7" 120Hz 2000 nits (peak) 1080x2412 AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 72 Gen 2 chipset, up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The Realme 13 Pro+ offers the same display, but with an improved camera setup.
The Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ will soon ship in India starting at around $330.
